Special Constructions

AVL ZalaZONE in Zalaegerszeg is a state-of-the-art test facility for vehicle dynamics, driver assistance systems, and autonomous driving.

A wide variety of track modules are used on the site, which spans more than 250 hectares—ranging from high-speed tracks and highway sections to smart-city scenarios. meiser manufactured the vehicle restraint systems to safely enclose and secure these demanding test areas. The systems used help create realistic yet safe testing conditions. In this way, meiser contributes to one of Europe’s leading automotive test centers.
