With an increased canopy depth, the system is suitable for covering two-row parking areas. The cantilevered design provides additional utility through the integration of energy generation and charging infrastructure.
Your contact persons Solar SystemsThe Voltwing T-7 expands the modular system for trucks and buses with a variant featuring greater canopy depth. The design is based on the same system concept as the T-5 and also features an elevated column, providing an entrance clearance of approximately 4.5 m.
With a covered depth of approximately 7.0 m, the system is suitable for more spacious parking areas. Variable lengths ranging from 8 to 35 metres allow flexible adaptation to different parking layouts and support structured space planning.
The cantilevered design keeps the supporting structure outside the driving lanes. This improves manoeuvring comfort and reduces the risk of vehicle impact – a key functional advantage, particularly for larger vehicles.
Like all variants, the T-7 provides shade for parked vehicles, which can help reduce the energy required for cooling or air conditioning during longer parking periods. At the same time, the parking area is used to generate energy.
